Rocket League Officially Announced For Xbox One


In an announcement at The Game Awards 2015, it was revealed that Psyonix’s Rocket League will finally emerge on Xbox One.

We previously reported speculation about the game’s potential arrival to Microsoft’s console, but we are now pleased to share the news that Rocket League will be officially available for the Xbox One in February of 2016.

The Xbox One version will also include special cars themed around the Gears of War and Halo franchises. Showcased in the reveal were Psyonix’s versions of the Gears of War: Armadillo and Halo’s Hogsticker.

Rocket League scored awards for Best Indie Game and Best Sports/Racing Game, and soon Xbox One players can join in on the RC phenomenon. We’ll keep you updated on when an official release date is declared.

Rocket League is currently available for PS4 and PC platforms.
