It’s with great pleasure that we’re announcing our weekly cups for Halo 5 starting 1st November!

The cup will take place every Wednesday and Sunday at 6:30pm GMT, with a £150 prize pool per cup (£100 for first, £50 for second place). On top of that the cup will also be free to enter so all you need to do is register for a free Gfinity account and enter your team as we’ll be using the 4v4 Arena format. The full rules and details on how to register your team can be found on our cup page here.

For those of you unfamiliar with the game, Halo is a military science fiction first-person shooter video game, created by Bungie and is now being developed by 343 Industries, a subsidiary of Microsoft Game Studios. In the series, the player is cast in the role of Master Chief John-117, one of a group of supersoldiers codenamed Spartans, and his artificial intelligence (AI) companion, Cortana. She began to deconstruct in Halo 4 because she was past her seven-year lifespan and it’s speculated that her data chip will prove useful to Master Chief in some way in his journey in Halo 5.

We’ll have to wait until 27th October to find out, as that’s when the game is being released worldwide. In the meantime, register your team in our free cup and start playing 1st November.
