Fortnite: Where To Find Legendary Weapons

So you want to find Legendary weapons in Fortnite?

We’re guessing it’s because Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 has just dropped this week’s challenges!

Where To Find Legendary Weapons

Legendary weapons will spawn randomly in every game, but we know you'll want to increase your chances, so here are our top tips!

Solid Gold LTM

This one is a longshot, but if the Solid Gold LTM shows up then this will be your best shot.

All weapons in this mode are Legendary rarity, so you’ll be guaranteed to find what you need!

Though, this will entirely depend on if Epic Games choose to smile upon us and release the LTM.

Team Rumble

The easiest and best place to find Legendary weapons will be Team Rumble.

This game mode will not only help you grind out Legendary damage but more importantly will help you find the weapons you need!

Poor Loot Llama

This is because, in Team Rumble, weapons will spawn as at least Rare, giving you a boosted chance of finding top tier loot.

Opening Chests, Supply Drops and just exploring different POIs should net you a few Legendary weapons in no time!

Then you can use the infinite respawns to carve through enemies.

Upgrading Epic Weapons

Alternatively, you can also upgrade your Epic weapons. Not quite as good a strategy but better than nothing.

Not all NPCs will upgrade for you, but we have a guide here for those who can help out!

NPCs will also sell Epic Weapons. One such vendor is Brutus, who spawns in the building just south of Dirty Docks, we’ve seen him carry SMGs and Assault Rifles.

He blends in a bit to the background, but we promise he's there!

For a reasonable amount of gold bars, you can buy a weapon from him then run over and ask Reese to Upgrade it for you!
