Fortnite themselves posted this image at 10:00 am EST on the 22nd, and it has the following caption:
"The Herald has found The Island. The prelude to War has begun. Experience Part 1 in-game now..."

Part One?
With Fortnite referring to how players can experience part one in-game now; they are talking about the rift that has appeared over Catty Corner.
This was leaked quite some time ago, but now we can get a better look at what it looks like in-game courtesy of iFireMonkey.
We can also assume this rift is where Thor, Galactus, and The Herald are going to enter onto the Fortnite map and begin the war Fortnite has alluded too!
