FaZe Banks Teases Collaboration WIth OpTic Gaming

When it comes to esports rivalries, very few come close to OpTic Gaming and FaZe Clan. Both organisations began in Call of Duty and have since become two of the recognisable brands in the entire industry and have since expanded into a variety of esports titles alongside remaining at the forefront of competitive Call of Duty with OpTic Chicago and the Atlanta FaZe.

The rivalry has transcended into other esports titles and despite many fans pledging their allegiance to either the Red Militia or the Green Wall, it looks like the two powerhouses will be joining forces, much to the excitement of fans of both organisations.

The news came from FaZe Clan founder Banks in Episode 49 of Mom's Basement, a podcast hosted by Banks and notable YouTuber KEEMSTAR. Within the podcast, the founder revealed that a collaboration with the Green Wall is in the works.

"It's going to be legendary," says Banks. "Me and HECZ linked up...and I feel like we started all this (esports and content creation organisations)," he added.

When Is OpTic And FaZe Collaborating?

Exact details on when the collaboration will take place and what it will entail have yet to be revealed by any of the two parties but considering Banks is beginning to mention it on such a public platform, there's every chance that it could be happening before the end of the year.

With the current Call of Duty League (CDL) season nearing its end, the collab could happen once the season has concluded. It's likely that more information will be revealed soon and we will be sure to cover the news as soon as it breaks!
