Elephant Outlasts EHOME For The Last DOTA 2 The International 10 Slot For China


After falling down to the lower bracket, Elephant managed to bounce back and dominated their rematch with EHOME to secure China's final spot in The International 10 after establishing a vigorous 3-1 series win.

The now TI10-qualified team nabbed the win in three straight games after falling behind EHOME in game 1.

Elephant lost to EHOME in the upper bracket finals, 2-1 which sent them down the lower bracket finals where they faced Team MagMa. But they proved to be a grand finals-worthy team and bested Team MagMa in just two games to set their rematch against EHOME.

TI10 Chinese Domination

They will now join fellow Chinese teams PSG.LGD, Invictus Gaming, Vici Gaming, and Team Aster in representing the region to the biggest DOTA 2 competition in the world. China would now have the most number of representatives in TI10.

Also later that night, OG won the Western Europe TI10 qualifiers after a five-game showdown with Tundra Esports who also sent their upper bracket finals rival to the lower bracket before losing in the grand finals.

The International 10 will be taking place this October 7-17, 2021 in Bucharest, Romania where 18 of the best DOTA 2 teams in the world will fight for the crown of becoming the top team on the planet with a staggering prize pool worth $40 million (£28,771,804).
