In addition to this, Bethesda also announced a DOOM closed beta, which is set to launch on the 31st March as part of the pre-order scheme for Wolfenstein: The New Order.

The closed beta is scheduled to run from March 31st to April 3rd and will be available on PC (through Steam), PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Players who pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The New Order will receive a beta code prior to the launch of the DOOM Multiplayer Beta. Further information can be found on the official website.

For those of us who won’t be able to access the closed beta, DOOM is released on May 13th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
