Reddit user u/KralRindo posted on the official Apex Legends sub-Reddit the other day with a massive video.
KralRindo was able to dive into the game files and pull all the necessary assets out so they could give us this tour.
From what we can tell, the POI is not complete; and it appears to be in the early stages of development.
But from what we can tell, it is looking promising!

Release Date?
As of now, we do not know when the UFO POI is going to be implemented into the game.
Since the POI looks to be in the early stages of development; we can assume it might be a while.
For now, we will have to wait and see what Respawn does in the coming weeks/months.
Perhaps this will be a POI for Season 7?
