Dying Light 2: Cloud Version Revealed For Switch, While Platinum Version Launches This October


Dying Light 2: Stay Human will make its way to Nintendo Switch. Confirmed during last night's Nintendo Direct, developers Techland revealed their upcoming survival game will be available for the console via streaming, thanks to a cloud version.

Offering a direct sequel to Dying Light, Stay Human's story will focus more on a modern "Dark Ages" for humanity, and players try it out with a free demo. That'll releasing alongside the actual game itself for the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on February 4, 2022.

Dying Light 2: Cloud Version Revealed For Switch, While Platinum Version Launches This October

Stay Human's not the only Cloud Version we've recently seen. Offering a workaround for the Switch's lower performance specifications, yesterday also saw The Forgotten City: Cloud Version launch, joining Hitman 3, Control and - when it launches next month - Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy.

In the meantime, Dying Light Platinum Edition also arrives for Switch console on October 19th, though this is a native edition.
