The International 10 DOTA 2 Championship Eastern European Regional Qualifiers Day 2 Overview

The second day of the Eastern European qualifiers for The International 10 (TI10) DOTA 2 Championship saw the final six teams advance in the playoffs for a slot in the group stages.

Having started with a total of 14 teams, eight teams have been eliminated from the playoffs. Having said that, here's all the action from the second day of the Eastern European qualifiers for TI10.

Winstrike Team vs Team Empire

Team Empire secured a comfortable 2-0 victory against Winstrike Team to advance in the group stages of the qualifiers. Winstrike Team, on the other hand, marked their exit from the qualifiers without managing to win a single game of DOTA 2. Despite being an upper-bracket team, Wintrike Team's performance has been shambolic at the regional qualifiers for TI10.

Team Unique vs B8

In spite of B8's heroics and Danil "Dendi" Ishutin's best efforts, Team Unique proved stronger, emerging with a 2-1 victory to keep their lower-bracket hopes alive. Having said that, this defeat also marks the continuation of Dendi's absence from The International as a player.

EXTREMUM vs Nemiga Gaming

EXTREMUM looked to dominate the series against Nemiga Gaming as they began the series with a win in the first game. However, Nemiga Gaming had other plans as the team rallied in the second and third games of the series to secure the series with a score of 2-1. This meant that another upper-bracket team found themselves eliminated from the regional qualifiers of TI10.

AS Monaco Gambit vs Fantastic Five

After being defeated in the upper bracket by HellRaisers on the opening day of the regional qualifiers, AS Monaco Gambit failed to prove their capability against Fantastic Five. Despite tying the series to 1-1 in the second game, AS Monaco Gambit fell short in the third game, handing Fantastic Five a well-deserved victory to progress in the lower bracket.

Team Empire vs Team Unique

Team Empire seemed to continue their impressive run through the lower-brackets as they faced off against Team Unique in their second series of the day. Despite Team Unique's best efforts, Team Empire came out on top with a 2-1 score to keep their hopes of TI qualification alive. This, however, marked the end of Team Unique's run in the regional qualifiers.

Nemiga Gaming vs Fantastic Five

Nemiga Gaming kept up their resilient performance in their second series of the day against Fantastic Five. Despite the latter's dominant performance against AS Monaco Gambit, Fantastic Five fell short as Nemiga Gaming secured a 2-1 victory to continue their progress in the lower bracket of the regional qualifiers for TI10.

Team Spirit vs PuckChamp

After securing victories in both their series from the first day of the upper-bracket, Team Spirit and PuckChamp locked horns for a spot in the upper-bracket finals. Team Spirit proved too strong for PuckChamp to handle as the former secured a dominant 2-0 victory to book their slot in the upper-bracket final. PuckChamp on the other hand will be facing off against Nemiga Gaming in the lower bracket to keep hopes of qualification alive.

Natus Vincere vs Hellraisers

In what was definitely on the spiciest encounters from Eastern Europe, HellRaisers secured a 2-1 victory against Natus Vincere to secure their spot in the upper-bracket final. Having said that, Natus Vincere finds itself facing Team Empire in the lower bracket to still have a chance at qualifying for TI10.
