DOTA 2: How To Taunt


DOTA 2 is so competitive that players tend to trashtalk each other in games. But if you want to do a more subtle way of showing how confident you are, then taunting can be your option.

Taunt in DOTA 2 can be seen by some as a way of disrespecting others or ruining the game, but it can make the games more engaging and exciting at the same time. It can also boost your morale or make your opponents feel inferior to your skills. But if they want to prove that you are wrong, then they might as well taunt back to you.

How To Taunt In DOTA 2

In order to taunt in DOTA 2, go to the Settings and select Advanced Options. Look for the Advanced Hotkeys option on the bottom part of the window that will appear and choose it.

Assign and set up a hotkey for taunt. That’s it! You may try to taunt in-game depending on the hero you will use. Each hero that is capable of doing taunt have different ways to do it, and all of them would have a cooldown of 8.5 seconds in order for you to use it again.
