Ghom, Lord of Gluttony, is one of Azmodan's Sin Lieutenants, and the first we must kill to stop the siege of Bastion's Keep. A foul demon capable of eating angels, this powerful enemy awaits inside The Larder for the Nephalem to arrive, so he can also eat them.

Ghom features as the first boss in Act III of Diablo III, in the quest "The Breached Keep". After fighting our way through hordes of demons to stop the Siege of Bastion's Keep, we must face him in The Larder, an arena at the end of the third level of The Keep Depths.

Diablo 3 Ghom - Combat Tips & Weakness
Once the fight starts, Ghom will use the following moves in battle:
- Gas Cloud: Ghom creates two clouds of gas that deal Poison damage over time as long as you stand in it. Clouds last one minute.
- Bile Spew: Sprays acid against you in a mid-range cone, dealing high Poison damage over 2 seconds.
- Slime: Long-range attack that deals Poison damage and spawns two Slimes that continuously attack the player. Once both are killed, they drop a guaranteed Health Globe.
- Bite: Melee attack, deals average Physical damage.
For this fight, you should be fine as long as you move quickly and avoid the gas clouds and the acid sprays, if things get spicy you can kill the slimes to make a Health Globe drop in if you need it. Keep the damage up and you should beat him in no time.
