Can Diablo 2 Resurrected Be Played Offline?

Naturally, a lot of fans are wondering if Diablo 2: Resurrected can be played offline due to the disastrous first year of Diablo 3, which forced players to be online all the time until complaints and patches fixed that up.

Thankfully, it seems that Activision Blizzard has learned their lesson from the Diablo 3 incident since Diablo 2: Resurrected will allow for offline play, which should be a relief for many of us who prefer to play single-player games.

Granted, this is a feature that should have been expected since the original Diablo 2 could be played offline but you never really know with Activision Blizzard these days, given how spotty their track record has been as of late.

Still, from everything we’ve seen about Diablo 2: Resurrected, it seems like they really hit the ball out of the park with this remaster, so here’s hoping it launches with as few problems as possible.
