Destiny 2 - The Witch Queen: Year 5 Dungeons Aren’t Included in Standard Edition


Destiny 2's forthcoming expansion, The Witch Queen was officially unveiled last month. Set to focus on Savathun, this upcoming expansion sees you fend off her deadly Lucent Hive.

While fans anticipate this big addition, many are looking forward to more Dungeons. However, it seems like Year 5's Dungeons won't be included in The Witch Queen's standard edition. Bungie's Community Manager, Chris Shannon, clarified on Reddit they're only coming in the Deluxe Edition.

Destiny 2 The Witch Queen: Year 5 Dungeons Is Not Included In Standard Edition

Players who purchase this Standard Edition for $39.99/ £34.99 can upgrade to the Deluxe Edition later on, letting them access the two Dungeons. Otherwise, the Deluxe Edition of The Witch Queen costs $79.99/ £69.99.

A third Dungeon is also available through Bungie's 30th Anniversary Pack. The Witch Queen package containing its Deluxe Edition and celebratory DLC costs $99.99/ £87.99, granting access to all three Dungeons for Year 5.

The Witch Queen's due to release on February 22, 2022. In the meantime, Season of the Lost is in full swing, and fans can gain a helping hand at its seasonal challenges here.
