Destiny 2 Cutscene Leak Changes The Narrative Around One Of Our Heroes

Check out the video below:

Saint-14 is widely known as a war hero of the Tower and the first Defender Titan. He's a mountain of a man, infamous for headbutting a Fallen Kell so hard that he killed it - and left a sizeable dent in his own helmet.

This new cutscene, though, paints him in a different light. When the stories are retold by Mithrax, Saint-14 is a war criminal.

It appears Saint-14 has a history of killing all Eliksni, including families and children. Even Saint's visual identity is reframed, as his usual purple ribbons that denote the people he's saved are now shown as miniature tentacles, and his infamous helmet now looks almost demonic.

It's clear that this story has some legs, as while playing through the Override activity players can hear Saint-14 argue with Mithrax about whether humanity or the Eliksni are the victims in the constant struggle between the two.

It's also clear that Lakshmi-2 is already dubious about the Fallen living under our roof, so there's the potential she plays a part, too.
