Destiny 2 Accidentally Added Crossplay With Season of the Splicer, Bungie To Remove It This Week

Bungie's lead community manager Cozmo confirmed the reports, while also saying that it'll be removed later this week.

“We are seeing reports that some players are able to get a sneak peek at Crossplay,” he tweeted.

“This isn’t meant to be live yet and is not representative of the full experience. We will be implementing a fix to remove public access later this week, but in the meantime feel free to partake.”

The Verge's Tom Warren got to test out Crossplay between PC and Stadia – you can check it out below.

Still, it's exciting to know it's coming.
