Bungie's confirmed that Destiny 2's upcoming dungeon, courtesy of the Bungie 30th Anniversary Pack, works like a DLC. As it's not a full expansion, it won't support cross-saves, so any gear earned can only be used on the platform it was purchased.
Gaming Bolt reports that the clarification was made during a recent blog post on This Week at Bungie. Once the dungeon is available, you can only access it one platform at a time, meaning if you bought it on a PC, you'd need to buy it again if you want it on your Xbox.
