In an interesting turn of events, Bethesda has given a PS5 console to Deathloop voice actor Jason Kelley, the star behind the game's protagonist, Colt Vahn.

This happened after a video on Deathloop's Twitter account showed Kelley sending a special message to all the fans and supporters of the game, which released two weeks ago.

Alongside this appreciation message, the video ended with him saying:

I cannot wait for you guys to get your hands on this video game... if anybody can get me a copy and a PlayStation 5, I would appreciate it.

Soon after, Pete Hines - Bethesda's senior vice president of global marketing and communications - responded by stating that he can help Kelley to find a PS5 and a copy of Deathloop, also praising the voice actor's performance.

Kelley's now confirmed that Hines' wasn't joking at all - a PS5 and a Deathloop copy was sent to him, which he mentioned during an interview in JumpCut PLAY. He confirmed:

"I made an announcement, I was doing a bit and said that I didn't have one and it turns out, I was just notified by Bethesda that a PS5 was made available and is going to be shipped to me, with the game as well. So, I'll be playing the game... I'm super excited."

Deathloop is available for PS5 and PC, with an Xbox Series X|S release planned next year. Make sure to follow us for more gaming news and updates.
