A Walmart PS5 Drop Is Just Minutes Away

Those on the hunt for a PS5 may be able to snag one if they're quick.

The alert. shared by PS5 in Stock Alerts, shows a message from Walmart as part of their Walmart+ Early Access scheme, giving members a chance to grab both Xbox Series X and PS5 consoles.

It also looks like you'll be able to get your hands on both Digital and Disc editions if you're a member.

The drop will go ahead at 12 pm ET, which means it's just around the corner.

This month has seen a number of restocks from major retailers, however, this week has been more on the quiet side.

We are expecting to see more drops as we approach Christmas for both Xbox Series X and PS5, but we do expect them to be more competitive than ever.

Since the PS5's release over a year ago, the console has been in high demand thanks to both stock shortages and scalping.

Major retailers appear to have been able to combat some scalping efforts, however, it is still very difficult to get your hands on any one of the next-gen consoles.
