In Cyberpunk 2077, Street Kid Is The Most Popular Path Among Players

Whoever is in charge of the Twitter account for Cyberpunk 2077 is awesome. They provide data that isn't really integral to the game, but it's interesting to know. This newest update tells players that Street Kids really are the coolest.

Those who started out as Nomads and Corpos are the underdogs. Cyberpunk 2077 is filled with Street Kids who have those street smarts. It's good for me because that's what I also chose to be, but sorry for anyone who can't be in the club.

The Lifepath in Cyberpunk 2077 is your unique backstory for your character, adapted from Cyberpunk, a pen and paper role-playing game. Players can experience three distinct opening chapters with the Lifepath from the beginning of the game. Additionally, the rest of the game will differ slightly depending on your Lifepath. This is exactly like Origins in Dragon Age: Origins, only not as good.

The developers of Cyberpunk 2077 announced another piece of information as part of their ongoing series, Cyberpunk in Numbers. It turns out that more players than any other lifepath have chosen the Street Kid lifepath. About 41% of the V's in Cyberpunk 2077 were raised in Night City.

To be honest, that's pretty cool to know. Although the devs did not provide the exact numbers, there is less than 60% left for both Corpo and Nomad combined. There is a possibility that it is even 30%, but that is unlikely.

This is mostly information that is fun to know, a 'fun fact' if you will (coined by me.) Players shouldn't feel compelled to change their numbers in any way; whoever they want to be is their choice. Dragon Age: Origins is still the game that did this the best, but I hope more RPGs adopt this strategy.
