CD Projekt Red has released an official statement (via TechRaptor), confirming the released ad doesn't refer to any new content or upcoming changes. Instead, they've advised this new campaign is serving "as a reminder of Patch 1.2", most likely coinciding with Cyberpunk 2077's return to the PlayStation Store. As for any upcoming content, CDPR advise they'll announce updates via its official channels.

Within a new ad for Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red have been teasing the game's “biggest update yet”. As spotted by DSO Gaming, a new ad has appeared on Instagram and YouTube, though CD Projekt RED hasn't issued an official statement at this time.
As for what that could mean exactly, well, we're not entirely sure. This could be the long awaited Update 1.3, and CD Projekt has previously confirmed they'll be releasing a series of free DLC updates in 2021.
CD Projekt Red Are Teasing Cyberpunk 2077's Biggest Update Yet
This would follow on from Update 1.23, which saw Cyberpunk 2077 return to the PlayStation Store after six months, as CD Projekt president and joint CEO Adam Kiciński claimed the game's stability has reached "a satisfactory level."
If you were hoping for the next-gen upgrade on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, that's likely to appear late this year, which was also confirmed in CD Projekt Red's previous roadmap. Whatever they've got planned, we'll keep you informed.
