Many players have been awaiting patches in the hopes of making Cyberpunk 2077 more playable.
Updates are being released gradually but they seem to be having the opposite effect of what they're meant to.
The latest patch brings changes for many bug fixes to improve stability.
Well, now some players aren't even able to progress within their game.
Here's everything we know on the issue.
Takemura Phone Call Glitch
A player recently took to the Cyberpunk 2077 Subreddit to reveal a new game-breaking bug.
Many others are finding themselves stuck in a never-ending, silent call with Takemura during the Down in the Street mission.
Takemura will call but say nothing.
The player, holmxs, posted a video captioned, "New update broke a main story phone call with Takemura, so now I can't continue the story. I've waited 5 minutes and nothing is changing."

Another player responded with, "Same for me. Can't do anything with his stupid head floating up there judging me,"
It turns out this bug was a lot more common than first expected.
With many more complaining of the same issue, unable to progress.
"I have tried going back several saves, created new saves before he calls and it's the same thing every time,"
"He calls. I either let it auto answer or I answer and he just sits up there in the corner mocking me. Once he calls you are 100% STOPPED from ANY further jobs / side jobs / gigs because you are unable to talk to any NPC until the call is finished." said 247_Make_It_So.
CD Projekt Red are yet to address the issue.
If we hearing anything more on this bug we'll be sure to update you!
