Cyberpunk 2077 Map: How Big Is It? Key Features, Areas, Vertical Exploration And More

It seems like a lifetime ago that we got an official update on Cyberpunk 2077, but as we get closer to the September release date, more details are starting to emerge.

Mike Pondsmith’s upcoming M-rated game will have a main focus on dynamic decision-making and unique quests, but we still don't know what Night City will look like.

That is, until a recent map leak surfaced which allegedly features the dystopian RPG's map.

Let's take a look at the Cyberpunk 2077 map.

Cyberpunk 2077's Map

This map was conveniently included in a leaked Deluxe Edition artbook.

Details of the game’s map have recently surfaced, thanks to the inclusion of a map in the front of the art book that comes with Cyberpunk 2077’s Deluxe Edition.

Now, many have commented on how small the map looks - especially in comparison to CD Projekt Red's last game, The Witcher 3.

How Big Is The Cyberpunk 2077 Map?

Little information has been revealed about the different areas of Night City, but some things are best left as a mystery

While The Witcher 3 may have had a bigger map in terms of a footprint, it failed to utilize vertical space with massive buildings and skyscrapers, which Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be filled to the brim with.

It is a vertical exploration comparable to that of modern space-saving cities, like Hong Kong.

Players will be able to interact with a number of the buildings in Cyberpunk 2077, meaning that the whole design style is completely different to the one employed in The Witcher 3.
