Cyberpunk 2077: How To Holster Your Weapon

Cyberpunk 2077 is finally here after such a long development. While it may be a bit buggy, CD Projekt Red are dishing out updates to improve everyone's experience of the game and ensure Night City is in top shape.

One thing that you may be struggling with (that isn't a bug) is how to holster your weapon. Even though it sounds simple enough, it's a bit trickier than you may think. In this guide, we've explained how to holster your weapon in Cyberpunk 2077.

How to Holster Your Weapon in Cyberpunk 2077

If you open up your control scheme, you should be able to spot the option for holstering your weapon. Once you see it, it's very straight-forward, just double-tap the button you use to draw your weapon.

On Xbox, you should double-tap the 'Y' button. On PlayStation, you should double-tap the 'Triangle' button. On PC, you should double-tap the 'Alt' button. This is the default configuration for buttons but may differ if you've changed your settings!

Alternatively, you can bring up your weapon wheel by holding down the 'Draw Weapon' button. Once there, select the weapon you're holding and your character will holster their weapon as a result.
