If you bought Cyberpunk 2077 through GOG, you pretty much don't have to do anything at all. To get the above loot just sign in and your rewards will be in V's apartment.
Steam & Epic Games
If you got the game on another PC platforms no worries! Just log into REDlauncher with a GOG account. If you don't have one they're quick and free to make. You'll then find your loot in V's apartment.
Xbox, PlayStation & Stadia
If you're on console, head to MY REWARDS in the main menu of Cyberpunk 2077. Here sign into your GOG account or make one. From now you'll have access to your rewards in V's apartment.
