Cyberpunk 2077 has been out for a few months now, and rumours of the first DLC are starting to spread.
This recent information comes from Reddit user u/PricklyAssassin.
By using a tool called "Epic Inspector" you can view information that is only in the development end of the Epic Games Store (access to this information doesn't violate any terms of service on the Epic Store).
The leaker has said they will be releasing more information regarding other games on the epic games store, but for now, their focus is on Cyberpunk 2077.
So, what has he found regarding the first DLC?
The first DLC is currently called "content1" under the different versions of Cyberpunk on the Epic Games store. This is likely to be the first DLC alongside any content that was cut from the full version of the game.
Epic expects this first new content update to be available on June 10th but with nothing confirmed from CD Projekt Red, we can't be sure.
This update will only be more information regarding the expansion, rather than any in-game content.
DLC Server Capacity
The DLC server capacity gives us a good idea as to how big each expansion will be and how much content they may feature.
As of now, we know 20GB has been allocated for the smaller DLC, whereas 30 GB has been set aside for the major expansions.
At the time of writing, we do know that some DLC has been removed from the list.
Ripperdoc Expansion Removed
The "Ripperdoc Expansion" has now been removed from the full DLC list, suggesting that it may have been cancelled.
More information is expected to be provided later in the year with the content update. Until then, we'll have to sit tight regarding any more DLC news.
Unfortunately, we are yet to get a confirmed release date for any upcoming content in Cyberpunk 2077.
The first expansion has now been delayed to the second half of 2021, but CDPR has not revealed any details of what it'll entail..
A new content roadmap is expected on June 10th.
