Cyberpunk 2077: DLC Content, Release Date, Price - Everything We Know About The Planned Expansions

Cyberpunk 2077 has arrived, and while Night City is already huge, we can't help but feel excited for upcoming DLC.

We know that Cyberpunk 2077 will be receiving DLC expansions too, and if The Witcher 3’s DLC is anything to go on, they are likely to be pretty sizeable.

Here’s everything we know about the DLC content, its release date and price right now.

Planned Cyberpunk 2077 DLC and Expansions

Right now we don’t know an awful lot about DLC for Cyberpunk 2077.

We were originally meant to receive an update about the planned expansions sometime before the game’s release but after multiple delays to the game, the update was pushed back too.

All we know so far is that announcements will happen sometime “after release,” according to statements by CD Project Red President and joint-CEO Adam Kiciński during a Third Quarter earnings call on Wednesday, November 25.

So, for now, we will have to wait for more details!

Though we do know a little bit about planned expansions.

Cyberpunk 2077 Multiplayer

Cyberpunk 2077 is apparently getting a multiplayer element at some point in the future.

While the standalone product will be free and supported by microtransactions, the game's rough state at launch has allegedly pushed the multiplayer section back to allow for time to fix the existing issues.

In the November 25 call Adam Kiciński, when asked if 2022 was still the plan, he noted that the developer "hadn't announced any date so far”.
