Cyberpunk 2077 is without a doubt the most anticipated game of 2020. 

The latest entry from CD Projekt Red is almost here and fans cannot wait.


The game is set in the futuristic utopia that is called Night City.

This game has been noted as one of the harder games to run if you are playing on PC.

The requirements are quite hefty if you are looking to get decent FPS.

Cyberpunk 2077 comes loaded with all the standard video options one would expect for a modern-day PC title.


Below is what we are playing the game on, for this build the game automatically set the quality on high.

For reference, are running the following components: 

  • Ryzen 5 2600X
  • Asus GTR 980 TI Superclocked.

We have tweaked some settings, as most of you are aware that some of the most demanding settings within a game are the shadows.

As well, we have turned motion blur off. 



If you are looking to optimize your FPS, here are some settings recommend turning down: 

  • Every shadow setting
  • Textures
  • Detail
  • Ambient Occlusion
  • Volumetric Clouds
  • Lighting Settings 

Lowering these to medium or low will drastically improve your FPS.
