Announcing the Gfinity CS:GO Invitational Format and Schedule

The Gfinity CS:GO Invitational brought to you by Omen by HP will welcome four of the world’s best CS:GO teams to EGX 2016, as GODSENT, Mousesports, Team EnVyUs and Epsilon eSports compete for their share of the $100,000 prize pool.

As the National Exhibition Centre undergoes its final preparations ahead of the Gfinity CS:GO Invitational, we’re delighted to announce the official schedule and tournament format for the event.

The Gfinity CS:GO Invitational will feature a single elimination, best-of-five bracket, with each match scheduled to start at 11:30am BST. Fans will be able to tune into the broadcast from 11:15am BST, while spectators at EGX will be allowed into the venue from 10:00am BST with early access, or 11:00am for those with a standard ticket.

In addition to the official tournament format and schedule, we’re also delighted to confirm the CS:GO invitational bracket, as Team EnVyUs take on Epsilon eSports in the first semi-final on Friday, 23rd September, while GODSENT face-off against mousesports on Saturday, 24th September.

As well as a world class event, EGX attendees will also be able to immerse themselves in an authentic eSports experience, as the Gfinity stands hosts an exclusive ‘Play Like A Pro' exhibition on Thursday, 22nd September. Jump into our state of the art sound proof booths, show off your skills and dominate your opposition with the new opposition with the Omen by HP range powered by the latest Intel processors!

Thursday 22nd September: Play Like A Pro Exhibition

Friday 23rd September: EnVyUs v Epsilon

Saturday 24th September: GODSENT v mousesports

Sunday 25th September: Winner of SF1 v Winner of SF2
