PlayStation Plus for April 2020 is not far away now and its an opportunity for players to beat the blue of the UK lockdown with some free games.

The monthly subscription service allows gamers to claim certain games for a small amount and there's no better time to get involved.

When Will PlayStation Plus April Games Be Available?

The free PlayStation Plus games for April will be available from the 7th April until the 4th May.

The free games are usually announced roughly a week before release, so expect them to be shown off on the 1st March.

What Games Are On PlayStation Plus In April?

Due to a video that was inadvertently made public on the PlayStation Access YouTube channel, we now know that April's PS Plus games are Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Dirt Rally 2.0.

We predicted an appearance from DOOM 2016 and Star Wars: Battlefront 2.

DOOM's sequel released last Friday and while Bethesda have missed an opportunity to capitalise on the hype, now could be the perfect opportunity to sell some copies of DOOM Eternal by hooking players into the original.

EA have been relatively quiet across most of their titles with the most recent COVID-19 lockdown being enforced. It's been predicted a few times that Battlefront 2 will finally arrive in the PlayStation Plus fold and now makes more sense than ever.

Our friends at RealSport101 were expecting Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection and Horizon Zero Dawn.

Reddit predicted Dying Light, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Resident Evil 7 or Just Cause 4.
