The ITRA Burst is one of the few assault rifles to feature a burst firing mechanic, separating the rifle from its fully automatic counterparts. For those familiar with weapons such as the M8A1 or the MAA7 from Black Ops titles, you will find yourself at home when using the ITRA Burst. With just a few bursts, the rifle is capable of taking down an opponent with ease. With that said, here are the best attachments to further improve the ITRA Burst's performance.

After testing out a range of combinations, here are the best attachments to equip onto the ITRA Burst:

• Muzzle: Recoil Booster
• Barrel: Botti 300mm CXII
• Optic: Zeiss G16 2.5x
• Stock: Botti DII Grip
• Underbarrel: M1941 Handstop
• Magazine: 8MM Jaeger 32 Round Drums
• Ammo Type: Hollow Point
• Rear Grip: Fabric Grip
• Proficiency: Vital
• Kit: Fully Loaded

From the outset, this attachment combination improves recoil levels alongside improvements to any damage drop-off that usually occurs in long-distance duels. The Recoil Booster actually increases the rate of fire rather than the recoil levels which is rather misleading. Alongside the faster rate of fire, the 30MM Barrel boosts bullet velocity which helps in gunfights against fully-auto opposition.

As always, the choice of optic comes down to personal preference but on this occasion, we've selected the Zeiss G16 2.5x for some additional magnification which makes it much easier to spot any opponents at extremely long ranges. The combination of DII Grop and the M1941 Handstop decreases aim-down sight speed as well as sprint-to-fire time which is essential if you want to react to any enemy that may suddenly appear from around a corner.

This combination of Perks is arguably the very best to use thanks to the huge range of benefits that come with it. Ghost conceals your location from enemy Spy Planes when moving around the map while Radar reverts the minimap to how it operated in previous titles. Last and but not least is Double Time. The Perk doubles the length of Tactical Sprint which is ideal when attempting to reposition to a new vantage point.

Equipment

• Lethal: MK2 Frag Grenade
• Tactical: Stim

The frag grenade is the perfect tool to deal some additional damage in any situation imaginable while Stim is essential to stay in the heat of battle for extended periods of time.

Field Upgrades

• Goliath

This may seem like an unorthodox choice of Field Upgrade but the Goliath can pack a deadly punch when driven into a crowd of opposition. Find a safe place to hide and control the Goliath into a building or objective controlled by the opposition. Timed correctly, it can result in plenty of kills being scored.

After spending some time using the ITRA Burst, I can safely say that it's a strong weapon to choose in mid-range and long-distance combat. Rather than rushing straight into the action, I found myself making more of an impact picking off opponents from a distance, which is where the ITRA Burst shines.
