Latest Call of Duty: Vanguard Trailer Unveils Character Information and Mission Details


Call of Duty: Vanguard releases in just under a month and the excitement within the community is slowly beginning to build ahead of the latest instalment in the storied first-person shooter franchise. Developer Sledgehammer Games has been quiet since the second beta weekend came to an end but on October 12th, the developer and Activision released a brand-new campaign trailer shedding some light on the characters that feature in the story.

Alongside more details on the heroes and villains of the Vanguard story, players got a closer look at the four theatres of war, showcasing the range of environments that will be included in the missions.

The Vanguard campaign spans across four theatres of war containing missions situated on the Eastern and Western Fronts along with the Pacific and Northern Africa. Throughout the trailer, there are various locations showcased including one scene that features Kingsley drowning in the ocean. There are dogfights taking place above the dense jungle too.

Based on the trailer, the campaign looks to be one of the very best ever seen in a Call of Duty title, and although it's unclear as to which character you will play as, it's clear to see that you'll play an integral part in halting Project Phoenix once and for all.
