Despite the focus being on the Season 5 update for Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, data miners have uncovered the logo and key art for Call of Duty 2021 which will be called Call of Duty: Vanguard. The images were discovered after the update began to roll out across all platforms and like any other leaks, the images quickly surfaced online.
The images have been posted on Twitter, Imgur, and Reddit. Each image reveals the game's logo alongside key artwork reportedly showing the key protagonists from the single-player campaign. Alongside the images, the leak has also revealed that there will be a variety of editions that are likely to be revealed in the not-too-distant future.

COD Vanguard Logo
Due to Activision issuing copyright notices on the leaked images, we won't be posting any of the images in this article. The logo itself is nothing out of the ordinary, with bold, red text highlighting 'Vanguard' from the 'Call of Duty' which has been coloured in white to stand out from the dark backgrounds.
COD Vanguard Editions
Just like the release of Black Ops Cold War, Vanguard will have a total of three editions:
- Standard Edition
- Cross-Gen Edition
- Ultimate Edition
While the standard and cross-gen editions of the game are unlikely to feature any exclusive content, details on the ultimate edition have also been uncovered, showcasing new Operator skins, weapon blueprints, and weapon Mastercrafts.
COD Vanguard Reveal Date
If rumours are to be believed, we will get our first look at Vanguard on August 19th. It's unclear whether Warzone will play host to a reveal event remains to be seen or whether a trailer will be posted.
