Even though there is still plenty of Season 6 for Warzone and Black Ops Cold War remaining, players are already beginning to wonder what the future holds for the battle royale and Treyarch's fifth Black Ops title. With the release of Vanguard right around the corner leaving many confused as to what's next for both games, there is a possibility of Season 7 launching.
Once the annual releases have been integrated into Warzone, there are typically six seasons of post-launch content that run alongside each other. After Season 6, there is usually a small pause before the next game is integrated but with Treyarch promising plenty of support once Vanguard releases, is there going to be a Season 7 for Warzone and Cold War?

Warzone & Cold War Season 7 Start Date
If Season 7 of Warzone and Cold War was to take place, we can determine when the next season will begin thanks to the Season 6 Battle Pass. The Battle Pass ends at the beginning of December but with Vanguard being out for a month, the likelihood of Season 7 taking place is rather slim.
On a more positive note, fans of Cold War will still be receiving plenty of new content thanks to Treyarch continuing its support of the game. It's unclear as to what the content is but it's expected to be additions of new weapons and more.
Vanguard Season 1 Start Date
The first season of post-launch content for Vanguard is rumoured to begin on November 23rd, a few weeks after the game has been released across all platforms. The new season will bring in a wealth of content to both titles, including parts of the RICOCHET anti-cheat and an all-new Warzone map set in the Pacific.
