Season 5 for Black Ops Cold War and Warzone is right around the corner, much to the excitement of the community. Season 4 for both titles was yet another successful drop of post-launch content from Treyarch and Raven Software. Based on previous seasons, there are certain pieces of content that are guaranteed to appear on the roadmap. Alongside new weapons, and a new Battle Pass, Season 5 will feature all-new Operators that will join the roster.
Even though there have been no teasers surrounding the start of Season 5 and where the ongoing story is heading, data miners have managed to uncover the codenames for the three Operators making their way to multiplayer and battle royale. Season 5 Start Date
Despite the lack of teasers, Season 5 of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone will begin on August 12th/13th depending on your time zone.
Season 5 Operators
On August 5th, Activision revealed all of the Operators that will be making an appearance in Season 5. The first Operator arriving will be Kitsune, a Japanese cyber-security expert that's working with Perseus in order to execute their plan.
At a later point in the season, two more Operators will be joining the ever-expanding roster. Stryker, a solider that heavily resembles Robocop is expected to launch nearer to the mid-season update as part of NATO, What role will Stryker play as Adler looks to halt the plans of Perseus?
The third and final Operator arriving in Season 5 is a character synonymous with the Black Ops story. Former CIA agent Jason Hudson will be making his way to Warzone and Black Ops Cold War. Hudson played a huge role in the single-player campaign and with The Red Doors event taking place later on in the season, there's every chance Hudson will make an appearance.
