When Is Plunder Returning To Warzone?


Season 5 Reloaded for Warzone is well underway and as players continue to drop into Verdansk and Rebirth Island, Raven Software has made a huge change to the selection of playlists that are available. While some are looking to get their hands on the coveted Speed Boost powerup in Clash, others are frustrated with Raven Software removing Plunder from the battle royale.

Often viewed as a casual alternative to the standard battle royale playlists, Plunder involves players collecting huge amounts of in-game cash in a race to be crowned the winner as well as featuring a respawning mechanic, making it the perfect playlist to rank up weapons. With that said, when will Plunder be making a return to Warzone?

Why Was Plunder Removed From Warzone?

Plunder was taken out of Warzone as part of the Season 5 Reloaded update which was replaced by Clash, an action-packed take on Team Deathmatch. While Clash is a popular addition to the game, many are patiently waiting for the return of Plunder and they won't have to wait very long before it returns.

When Is Plunder Returning To Warzone?

According to a playlist schedule published by Raven Software, Plunder will be making its return on September 30th, 2021. It may be a while away but with plenty of other game modes to get stuck into, players can still drop into other modes such as Clash and Resurgence Quads to level up their weapons as fast as possible.
