Season 6 of Warzone and Black Ops Cold War is well underway and as attention begins to turn towards the start of The Haunting Halloween event, some players have been wondering whether Season 6 Reloaded will be taking place. Typically, the "Reloaded" update goes live at the halfway point of a season but with The Haunting beginning on October 19th and with a short period of time before Call of Duty: Vanguard releases, Activision has seemingly confirmed that there will not be a mid-season update.
Rather than Season 6 Reloaded taking place, it looks like the Halloween event has taken its place, meaning The Haunting is the final drop of content arriving in Black Ops Cold War.

No Warzone & Black Ops Cold War Season 6 Reloaded Update
According to a blog post published on October 18th, Season 6 will get "reloaded" with the launch of The Haunting event, implying that there won't be a mid-season update taking place. While some may be disappointed with the lack of an update, The Haunting will still feature a wealth of brand-new content for players to get stuck into. Arguably the highlights of the event are The Ghosts of Verdansk limited-time mode and three new multiplayer modes that include spooky twists on Infected and Prop Hunt.
When Will The Next Season Take Place?
Information on the next season of post-launch content for Warzone and Black Ops Cold War have yet to be revealed. It's likely a full season won't be taking place in Cold War but Treyarch has promised to continue supporting the game when Vanguard releases.
As for the next Warzone season, current rumours are pointing towards the launch of "Chapter 3" which will be used to launch a brand-new map set in the Pacific. Rather than Season 7 taking place, it's likely the next season will be known as Season 1.
