"It Was A Good Run" – Dr DisRespect Says The END Of Warzone Is Near

Dr DisRespect has been one of the few streamers not to constantly express his opinion about the current state of Call of Duty: Warzone. He has come out and said, "The end of Warzone is near," and one can't help but agree with him. Then he gives his own list of reasons why he believes the game will end, which Warzone could fix, but it doesn't appear that it will be any time soon.

By any stretch of the imagination, Warzone is not performing well. Many huge streamers have departed, while those who remained, such as TimTheTatman, have criticized the game non-stop. Dr DisRespect's statement is not that Warzone is in trouble; he states that it will die, but not how you think.

Warzone Is Going To Die, Says Dr DisRespect

Dr DisRespect has compiled this montage to drive home the point that Warzone is doomed. In the video below, he plays Apex Legends, talks down Warzone, and even shows off his own battle royale game. Dr DisRespect clearly does not think Warzone will die peacefully, but rather that Apex Legends and his own game will kill it.

The montage starts at the beginning of the video, 6:08 is when Doc starts talking about Warzone, and 8:32, he shows the teaser for his game.

In this video, Dr. DisRespect gives what appears to be a eulogy. The clip is a perfect follow-up to the montage and precedes a clip in which he teased the Battle Royale he will be making. It's like saying that Warzone is just the first in a long line of games to fail because his game is coming. In the words of the Two-Time:

"Here's the thing I'll say about Warzone: They did a fantastic job in creating something and having a lot of energy around it for the past year and a half. Obviously outside of the anti-cheat stuff, it was a good run."

He then identifies ways Warzone can improve:

  1. There is a sense of boredom with the map, these minute changes that happen with each season. At least once, there should have been a new giant map.
  2. Hackers, anti-cheat software, and all that stuff. It needs to be fixed by a third party.
  3. The little things that affect the quality of life. These aren't talked about enough; it's the concussion, dead silence in the game, hitboxes around vehicles and trucks, the health of vehicles, the gas mask animation, and so many other little things. These can be prioritized and tweaked as needed. It's the little things that add up to be so much bigger than everything else.

Finally, Dr DisRespect ends his video by showing a clip where he showed sneak peeks of his "Vertical Royale." For those who forgot, the streamer made a video game studio to create a battle royale game to compete and destroy other battle royale games. In the video above, Dr DisRespect basically warned everyone that he would decimate Warzone and every other game in the genre. It's pretty badass.
