Just a few hours after the release of the CX-9, Raven Software was incredibly quick to respond to the problem, stating that it was tracking the issue on its dedicated Trello board.

Shortly after the Tweet was published, the Trello board was updated and the developer confirmed that a fix for the problem had gone live, much to the delight of the Warzone community that is beginning to grow tired of the numerous bugs, glitches, and exploits that seem to appear within the game on an all too regular basis.

With players now able to unlock the CX-9 by completing the challenge, it's highly likely that the SMG will be making many appearances on the streets of Verdansk and Rebirth Island as Season 5gets underway.
