Call of Duty: Warzone has skyrocketed into one of the most popular battle royale titles in the genre.
The free-to-play title is the only free Call of Duty game available on consoles and since its launch in March, it has attracted tens of millions of players dropping into Verdansk in a bid to secure a victory.
With new updates ranging from weapon balancing to introducing a new limited-time playlist arriving on a regular basis, Warzone players are frequently treated to new experiences and game modes to play, keeping the BR fresh and keeping players coming back for more.
As the launch of Season One for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone approaches, some members have noticed that popular LTM Warzone Rumble has disappeared from the playlist selection.
With many wanting it to return, when exactly is Warzone Rumble returning?
What Is Warzone Rumble?
Warzone Rumble is a different take on a battle royale.
The mode sees two teams of 50 players battle it out across the entirety of Verdansk using Team Deathmatch rules.
The first team to reach a total of 400 kills is declared the winner.
When Is Warzone Rumble Returning?
The December 8th playlist update removed Warzone Rumble in favour of Plunder Trios, much to the annoyance of those that enjoyed the large-scale carnage that Warzone Rumble bought with it.
With the launch of Season One not far away, it is unclear as to when the popular LTM will be making its return to Warzone.
Season One of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone will see the launch of Rebirth Island, a brand-new mode to kick off Black Ops Cold War’s integration into the battle royale.
It may return in the future, but for now it looks like it may be some time before Warzone Rumble makes its return.
