Season 4 of Warzone has had its fair share of game-breaking bugs, glitches, and exploits appear over the course of the season. Whether it's players turning invisible or respawning into the toxic gas after winning their Gulag, the frustrations amongst the vocal and passionate player base are continuing to grow. One particular issue that emerged at the start of the season surrounds the C58 assault rifle and one of its many attachments.

The 4x optic that can be equipped onto the assault rifle brings the recoil down to non-existent levels, giving players a huge advantage in those long-distance duels where accuracy and control are the keys to success. Thankfully, it looks like Raven Software will be addressing the problem in an upcoming update.

C58 Warzone 4x Scope

To prove how broken the Royal & Kross 4x optic on the C58 is, Warzone content creator JGOD compared the 3x optic to the 4x and the difference in recoil levels is huge.

As the recoil pattern on the right shows, there is a significant advantage when the 4x scope is equipped onto the C58 in comparison to its counterpart. With such low levels of recoil, it's no surprise to see players becoming frustrated, especially when some will be forced to use the optic just to compete on the streets of Verdansk and Rebirth Island. In light of this Tweet, Raven Software responded, confirming that the lack of recoil will be changed.

With the Warzone developers looking at applying a fix for the C58 4x scope, it's likely that the changes made will spark some adjustments to the loadouts of many players. To get ahead of the game, check out our C58 loadout guide for the best attachments and alternatives to the 4x scope!
