Bizarre Warzone Bug Allows Players To Inflict Dev Errors

Season 4 of Warzone continues to progress towards the highly-anticipated mid-season update and despite the best efforts of Raven Software, a bizarre issue surrounding the notorious dev errors has emerged, much to the annoyance of players that have already had enough of encountering the errors on a regular basis.

While some dev errors seem to appear at random, this particular issue sees players managing to inflict errors onto unsuspecting players that are in the menus of the battle royale. It's unclear how the players are managing to dish out the errors, but it is certainly annoying.

100 Thieves player Tommey managed to catch a player in the act while he was streaming to hundreds of viewers.

At first, it just looks like a fan of the streamer has joined his lobby but all of a sudden, the game freezes, leaving Tommey unable to load into any of the available menus. Considering the competitive nature of Warzone, preventing players to load into matches can have a huge impact on all players whether they're playing with friends or for hundreds of thousands of dollars on the line.

When Will It Be Fixed?

Considering the fresh nature of the exploit, it's unlikely that Raven Software has been able to take a closer look at the problem that is likely to spread across the Warzone at an incredibly fast rate. With players now being able to freeze players out of their matches, the developer is likely to be aware of the issue already, giving them an opportunity to implement a fix as soon as possible.

Raven Software has done an excellent job in attempting to ensure that Warzone is the smoothest possible experience for all players but this latest issue is another in a long line of bugs, glitches, and exploits certainly isn't a good look.
