Since the release of Warzone, Activision and Raven Software have done their best in order to combat the ongoing issue of cheaters ruining the battle royale for the rest of the community. With Season 6 underway and hundreds of thousands of accounts permanently banned from playing the game, players are still encountering cheaters in Verdansk and Rebirth Island, much to their annoyance.

Thankfully, the end of cheaters plaguing Warzone seems to be on the horizon with the impending release of a dedicated anti-cheat. Prior to its launch, Activision has teased that additional information on the new system is coming soon.

We already know that anti-cheat will be arriving in Warzone alongside the launch of a brand-new map set in the Pacific but details on how the system will function have remained unknown for several weeks. On October 12th, the Call of Duty Twitter account had a message to share with cheaters:

"Dear Cheaters, we love games. It's our passion. We're honored to make games for the greatest fans in the world. We don't always get it right, but we're committed to doing our best.

Cheating ruined the fun for everyone. No one likes a cheater. Our goal is to deliver a fun and fair gaming experience for our developers. For our fans. And most importantly... for Call of Duty Players everywhere.

Cheaters aren't welcome. There's no tolerance for cheaters, and soon you'll know what we mean."

Alongside the message, the Tweet was captioned with "See you tomorrow," suggesting that Warzone fans will hear more information on anti-cheat on October 13th. There's also a chance that it means anti-cheat will be arriving in the game on that date too but we think the first option is more likely.

When Is Anti-Cheat Coming To Warzone?

If anti-cheat doesn't arrive on October 13th, it's likely that the new system will arrive alongside the new map which is expected to release at the same time as Season 1 of Vanguard. Current rumours suggest that the first season and the launch of anti-cheat will arrive on November 23rd.
