Sledgehammer Games has unveiled a wealth of features in the lead-up to the launch of Call of Duty: Vanguard, including information on a brand-new campaign, multiplayer, and an all-new Zombies experience set in the Dark Aether.

Zombies has become a staple for the Call of Duty series ever since its introduction in Call of Duty: World at War. With the latest title already boasting a unique World War II story and graphical improvements, many fans were left wondering about the addition of Zombies into the game. Luckily, the latest trailer cleared all such doubts.

Will Call of Duty Vanguard Have Zombies?

The short answer is YES! Call of Duty Vanguard will have a Zombies mode and for the first time ever, Treyarch will be working on the mode while Sledgehammer Games focuses on the campaign and multiplayer. The official trailer for Call of Duty: Vanguard Zombies premiered on October 14th, 2021, showing a variety of story and gameplay aspects that the fans and players can potentially experience.

Shi No Numa, one of the immensely popular Zombies maps also makes a return as part of Der Anfang, an all-new story set within the Dark Aether, a setting that Black Ops Cold War players will be extremely familiar with.

Players will have the ability to take to Stalingrad to fight the upsurge of zombies but it remains to be seen whether Vanguard will have a separate map for the game mode or use one of the game’s main maps.

Vanguard Zombies Release Date
