Vanguard Players Worried by Visibility Issues in Numa Numa

Call of Duty: Vanguard has received a rather positive feedback from the community since the game's release. As the start of Season 1 approaches, there have been certain issues such as weapon-balancing as well as the SBMM (skill-based matchmaking) along the way.

Nevertheless, the current situation has resulted in a scenario where players are complaining about the in-game visbility, especially in the Numa Numa map. This region is also featured during the Numa Numa Trail mission in COD: Vanguard's campaign.

According to various reports on the internet, the visibility levels in this map are highly distorted, making it very difficult to spot enemies. Having said that, let's dive in and check out the factors that make visibility a key disadvantage in Numa Numa.

Visibility Issues in Numa Numa

While visibility was one of the main concerns for COD: Vanguard during the beta stage, it seems like the developers are yet to fine-tune these issues in the main game client. The visibility issues that players are facing in Numa Numa are a result of poor color grading on the map.

The available color palette for the map makes it fairly easy for players to camouflage themselves with the otherwise dark and gray backgrounds in Numa Numa. Needless to say, there are countless players in the community who simply want to remove the map from COD: Vanguard until the visibility issues are fixed.

With that out of the way, let's take a look at how the developers can fix the concurrent issues in Numa Numa.

How To Fix Numa Numa Visibility

Given that the main trouble with Numa Numa is the limited color palette that allows players to camouflage themselves, the best option for the developers is to simply add a splash of colors to help players visibly differentiate between the map's environment and enemy players.

Apart from that, the developers should also consider altering the brightness level of the map to further enhance the visibility for players in Numa Numa. Nevertheless, Treyarch Studios is yet to address these issues that have been plaguing players for a while now and it will remain that way until an official hotfix is released.
