Is Call of Duty: Vanguard On PS4 And Xbox One?

It's been a few days since Call of Duty: Vanguard was officially revealed to the world ahead of its worldwide reveal taking place within Warzone on August 19th. Despite a lack of information, fans are beginning to wonder whether the game will be available on Game Pass and whether it will feature a single-player campaign.

As well as asking about a Vanguard battle royale, players are beginning to wonder whether the game will release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles considering not everyone has access to the next generation of consoles just yet.

Considering the extremely limited supplies of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles, it's highly possible that Vanguard will be releasing on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, just like Black Ops Cold War's release.

Depending on what Sledgehammer Games has planned to utilise the immense power of the next-gen consoles, there is a chance that Vanguard may not release on the last generation of consoles but considering that only a small minority of players can access a PS5 or a Series X, it wouldn't be a smart move.

There is a possibility of the Xbox One and PS4 versions of Vanguard to be watered-down editions of the game, similarly to how Battlefield 2042 will omit a number of next-gen upgrades so the game runs as smoothly as possible.

More information on whether Vanguard will release on PS4 and Xbox One is expected to be unveiled during the worldwide reveal, taking place on August 19th in Warzone.
