The presence of a Flamethrower in Vanguard was discovered by ModernWarzone, which managed to uncover it thanks to a line of text within the settings menu for the upcoming alpha. The setting enables players to choose whether they want music playing when using specific killstreaks, one of them being a Flamethrower.

The Flamethrower is no stranger to the Call of Duty franchise. It was recently added to Black Ops Cold War as part of the Season 5 launch update and is the perfect way to clear the path of any opposition standing in the way.

How To Use The Flamethrower In Call of Duty: Vanguard

With Killstreaks making a return in Vanguard, players will likely have to score at least five kills in a row to get their hands on it. Considering settings relating to the Killstreak have been found within the alpha, there's every chance players will be able to use it once the servers go live on August 27th.
