Call of Duty Vanguard has been out for over a week and many players have been dropping into multiplayer to see what Sledgehammer Games has managed to create. Despite a lack of a ranked playlist, there has been plenty of content to experience thanks to 16 multiplayer maps and a range of new weapons to master.
Ahead of the launch of Season 1, all players will gain access to Shipment, the classic close-quarters map that first appeared in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Famed for its constant action, Shipment is the first post-launch map to appear in Vanguard. With that said, when is Shipment coming to multiplayer?
Shipment Release Date
For those wanting their fix of close-range chaos, there isn't too long to wait. Shipment makes its way to Vanguard on November 17th and will feature some of the new innovations that have made their debut in Vanguard. Some of the shipping containers will feature destructible elements, opening up new lines of sight to utilise during a match.
Alongside the destruction, players can expect the usual dose of fast-paced action that Shipment is known for across the three Combat Pacing modes. If Das Haus on Blitz is anything to go by, Shipment on Blitz is going to be even more chaotic!
Call of Duty Vanguard Map Remakes
Shipment is the third remake to appear in Vanguard, joining Castle and Dome that previously appeared in Call of Duty World at War. It's highly likely that more maps from Sledgehammer Games' titles will be making appearances into the map pool, with several rumours pointing towards London Docks from Call of Duty World War II being the next one to arrive.
