As expected, the process of downloading the Vanguard alpha is incredibly straightforward. Head to the PlayStation Store and search for 'Call of Duty: Vanguard Alpha,' and it should appear in the search results.

Is The Call of Duty: Vanguard Alpha On Xbox And PC?

Due to Sony's existing marketing deal with Call of Duty publisher Activision, the alpha is exclusively available on PlayStation, meaning that it will not be playable on Xbox and PC platforms. Despite this, there will still be an opportunity for Xbox and PC players to get their hands on Vanguard before its full release.

From September 16th to September 20th, a beta weekend will take place and is likely to feature more modes, weapons, and maps than the Champion Hill alpha, meaning we will get a better idea of what multiplayer will be like when Vanguard releases.
