Call of Duty Vanguard is here, and while our review highlighted the game's impressive multiplayer, it seems there's far more in store than we first expected.
Vanguard continues the shooter's customary battle pass system while offering plenty of gear to enhance your weapons and operators, and though Call of Duty is no stranger to licensed collaborations, the next crossover might be the series' wildest yet. Twitter user Nanikos found code pointing to two in-game Vanguard weapon models from the Attack on Titan anime.

They also reposted mined images from DrakeHurleyYT showing the sword models.
The line "swordtitan" also shows up. This could refer to the inclusion of a sword melee weapon within Vanguard, based on Attack On Titan's Ultrahard steel that the Scout Regiment and other military members carry.
Call of Duty recently added Ghostface and Donnie Darko as part of its Halloween content, following Rambo and Die Hard's John McClane from earlier this year. With Vanguard's code and images leaking, it's likely that an official announcement for the anime crossover is coming soon.
